Uploaded by the author, Speak Out is a File Manager like interface to key Senate information. Names of all senators, address, telephone, fax and e-mail. Software allows the creation of additional categories, indices, and individuals. Registered users will also get the US House of Representatives data base, reporting and integration with popular software packages.
